Lately, I’ve been having a lot of Carpal Tunnel issues in my left hand. My pain initially started in late 2014, when I took a bad fall in a pick-up basketball game. For most of 2015, I took Alieve and that helped a lot. Unfortunately, I started to experience side effects of Alieve and I needed a permanent solution.
I tried to strengthen it by watching the following YouTube videos:

- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Exercises
- How to Get Rid of Carpal Tunnel in 24 Hours
I found these exercises to be good. Unfortunately, my condition was brutal and I needed more help. I was able to get it fixed my acupuncture and chiropractic help. Thankfully, it came in at a fraction of the cost that the surgery would have been.
